The contract encompasses one registration slot, with a unit price of $300.90. The designated recipient is Yetty Shobo, with delivery to 9960 May Land Drive, Suite 300, Richmond, Virginia 23233.

Under this contract award, the Southern Demographic Association is responsible for delivering conference registration and access to the annual meeting proceedings. The Commonwealth of Virginia's point of contact for this procurement is listed as procurement@dhp.virginia.gov. The relatively modest contract value reflects the single-unit nature of the procurement, which appears designed to facilitate attendance and participation by a Department of Health Professions representative at a professional demographic association conference.
