CHANGE ORDER: QUANTITY INCREASE-0006427 Cap R Ind Cell BarC 1x11.5 and 4 more items

Werfen USA LLC was awarded a contract by Radford University in Virginia on October 5, 2026, with a cumulative value of $719.00. The contract encompasses the supply of laboratory and diagnostic equipment components, including Cap R Individual Cell BarCode 1x11.5 units (6 units at $7.30 each), Cap R Ready ID 1 Plate units (7 units at $19.81 each), Cap P Controls Set 2x3 units (4 units at $62.20 each), and Cap R Individual Cell BarCode 10x11.5 units (unit price $51.10). All deliveries are designated for Haley Bechtel at Radford University.

The contract includes two change orders: a quantity increase modification for the Cap R Individual Cell BarCode 1x11.5 line item and a freight charge increase adjustment totaling $288.18. These modifications reflect adjustments to the original procurement scope and associated shipping costs. The relatively modest contract value and procurement of specialized laboratory reagents and control materials suggest this award supports Radford University's research, testing, or educational laboratory operations.
