Bitly QR Code Generator 2026

Bitly Inc has been awarded a contract by Virginia Highlands Community College, a contracting organization located in Virginia, effective September 10, 2026. The contract calls for the delivery of a Bitly QR Code Generator service for the 2026 fiscal year. The sole line item specifies a quantity of one unit at a unit price of $191.88, resulting in a cumulative contract value of $191.88. The deliverable is designated for receipt by D'Lisa Mullins.

The contract represents a minimal-value procurement for a single-year software or service subscription. No specific period of performance beyond the award date is detailed in the available documentation. As a state and local government contract, this award demonstrates Virginia Highlands Community College's acquisition of a QR code generation tool, likely for institutional use in digital communications, marketing, or administrative applications. The straightforward nature of this procurement—a single-unit service delivery with clear pricing—suggests a routine technology services acquisition by the educational institution.
