Ticket # 3454 Drying Cleaning Services for Virginia Finest 12 small graphic skins 1 medium skins 3…

The Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services awarded contract PO05464603 to Moizelles Cleaners Inc. on September 9, 2026. The contract encompasses dry cleaning services with a total cumulative value of $181. The scope of work includes cleaning services for Virginia Finest branded items, specifically 12 small graphic skins, 1 medium skin, and 3 tablecloths, with delivery to market news locations. The line item is priced at $181 per unit for a quantity of one.

This procurement represents a one-time service award for specialized cleaning and delivery of promotional or informational materials. While the contract documents do not explicitly specify a formal period of performance or county of performance, the delivery location references market news operations, suggesting the cleaned items are intended for distribution or display in connection with the Department's agricultural marketing functions. The relatively modest contract value and singular nature of the deliverable indicate this is a discrete, limited-scope service engagement rather than an ongoing requirements contract.
