Longwood University in Virginia awarded a contract to Memories Videography on September 9, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $2,000.00. The prime contractor will deliver videography and audio services to Judith Campbell at the university. The contract encompasses labor services including setup, show execution, strike, sound operation, and camera operation valued at $1,200.00, microphone equipment for choir services at $200.00, video editing services at $350.00, and secondary camera equipment including a switcher and picture-in-picture (PIP) equipment with setup at $250.00.

The deliverables under this contract are designed to support what appears to be a university event or performance production. All line items are priced on a per-unit basis, with delivery consolidated to a single point of contact. The comprehensive nature of the services—encompassing both technical production support and post-production editing—indicates this is a full-service videography engagement for a special event or performance at Longwood University.
