Confirming PO for purchase of Foundations supplies. Do not duplicate order. Items received…

Blick Art Materials LLC was awarded a purchase order (PO05463708) by James Madison University in Virginia on September 8, 2026, for the supply of Foundations art materials. This confirming purchase order, valued at $296.19, represents a single line item transaction for one unit of Foundations supplies. The order was placed to fulfill delivery requirements to Karen Gerard and references a prior order number 36897031 dated August 26, 2026, with explicit notation that no duplication of the previous order should occur.

The contract encompasses the procurement and delivery of art materials through Blick Art Materials LLC, a prime contractor specializing in art supply distribution. While the specific place of performance is not explicitly detailed in the contract documentation, the delivery location is identified as the James Madison University facility. The relatively modest contract value of $296.19 and the confirming purchase order designation indicate this is a routine procurement transaction to replenish institutional art supplies for academic purposes.
