Confirming PO for purchase of Metals supplies. Do not duplicate order. Items received on Invoice… and 1 more item

James Madison University in Virginia awarded a purchase order (PO05463654) to Paul H Gesswein & Co Inc on September 8, 2026, for the procurement of metals supplies and associated shipping. The contract represents a cumulative value of $171.00, comprised of $142.91 for materials and $28.49 for shipping costs. The purchase order serves as confirmation of items received on Invoice #IN0215363, dated September 2, 2026, with delivery directed to Tavia Brown.

The contract encompasses two line items: the supply of metals materials and the shipping of those materials. This appears to be a confirmatory purchase order issued to formalize a transaction already completed in terms of goods receipt. No specific performance period beyond the award date of September 8, 2026, is indicated in the contract documentation. The relatively modest contract value suggests this represents a routine procurement for operational or educational purposes at the university.
