Renewable HP 655A Black Toner Cartridge (CF450A) and 3 more items

Brightpoint Community College in Virginia awarded a contract to VCE – VA Correctional Enterprises (VCE Ink Only) on September 3, 2026, with a cumulative value of $2,366.88. The contract encompasses the procurement of HP 655A toner cartridges in four color variants: black (CF450A), cyan (CF451A), magenta (CF453A), and yellow (CF452A). Each color specification includes a quantity of two units, with unit pricing ranging from $249.66 for black cartridges to $311.26 for the colored cartridges.

This award represents a supplies and materials procurement to support Brightpoint Community College's operational requirements for office equipment consumables. VCE – VA Correctional Enterprises, a Virginia state-certified business enterprise operated through the Department of Corrections, serves as the prime contractor for this acquisition. The relatively modest contract value and limited scope indicate this is a routine office supply replenishment order rather than a full-term requirements contract.
