per attached quote: deep cleaning of village 7 four bedroom apartments and 3 more items

Old Dominion University in Virginia awarded a contract to Precision Cleaning Team LLC on September 2, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $7,620.00. The contract encompasses deep cleaning services for residential units within Village 7, to be delivered to Wayne Gatling. The scope of work includes deep cleaning of 18 four-bedroom apartments at $195 per unit, 12 two-bedroom apartments at $110 per unit, upholstery cleaning for 12 two-bedroom apartments at $90 per unit, and upholstery cleaning for 18 four-bedroom apartments at $95 per unit.

The contract represents a one-time or project-specific engagement rather than an ongoing annual services agreement, as evidenced by the discrete line-item quantities and the absence of an stated annual value or contract term. All services are to be performed at the Village 7 residential complex associated with Old Dominion University's campus facilities.
