Billable Corrective Maintenance Includes labor and travel for one diagnostic trip at current… and 1 more item

Radford University in Virginia awarded a contract to Sterilelink Inc. on September 2, 2026, with a cumulative value of $1,600.00. The contract encompasses billable corrective maintenance services for a Percival I-42VL Environmental Chamber that experienced relay failures and multiple component malfunctions over a two-week period. The scope of work includes labor and travel for diagnostic evaluation at current rates, with parts and return trips for non-stock components to be billed separately at the time of service. Services are to be delivered to Nick Beach at the university.

The contract consists of two identical line items, each valued at $800.00, representing two separate diagnostic service calls for the same environmental chamber asset. The corrective maintenance services address reported subsystem relay losses and potential component failures identified through user troubleshooting. This award represents a maintenance and repair engagement rather than a supply or equipment procurement contract.
