The Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation awarded a contract to Arthur L Davis Sr. under purchase order PO05458448 for specialized services supporting the Boxing, Martial Arts & Professional Wrestling Program. The prime contractor was engaged to provide locker room inspection services for a professional boxing, martial arts, or professional wrestling event scheduled for August 22, 2026. The contract was awarded on September 2, 2026, with deliverables directed to Derus Murray.

The total contract value is $135.00, representing a single service delivery unit priced at $135.00.
