The Virginia Department of Health Professions awarded a contract to Cater Nation on September 1, 2026, for the procurement of catering services. The contract was executed as a small purchase transaction facilitated through a Department of Health Professions employee's Small Purchase Credit Card (SPCC) account number 3355, assigned to T. Baker. The order, identified as Purchase Order 64-9659, was placed for delivery on September 3, 2026, to the Procurement department. The cumulative contract value totaled $156.93.

The specific products and services procured under this award consisted of one catering service unit supplied by Cater Nation at a unit price of $156.93. The transaction was processed through the SPCC mechanism, which is utilized by the Department of Health Professions for expedited small-dollar purchases. As this procurement was executed through a credit card small purchase authority rather than a formal competitive contract award process, it represents a routine operational expense classified within the department's procurement framework for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
