Brown folding chair rental - 9/1/26 to 9/3/26 and 2 more items

CVR Rentals Inc has been awarded contract PO05457925-V2 by James Madison University in Virginia, effective September 1, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $667. The award encompasses the rental and delivery of event equipment to support university operations. The contractor will deliver 120 brown folding chairs for a three-day rental period from September 1-3, 2026, at a unit price of $1.81 per chair, and 21 tables for the same rental period at $10.93 per unit. The contract also includes a single equipment rental delivery charge of $220. All equipment will be delivered to Ryan Hylton at James Madison University.

This contract represents a short-term equipment rental arrangement for what appears to be a campus event or gathering. The modest contract value and limited scope of deliverables—consisting solely of furniture rental and associated delivery services—indicate this is a routine operational procurement by the university. The three-day rental window and specified delivery recipient suggest the equipment will support a specific institutional event or function scheduled for the identified performance period.
