The Virginia State Police awarded contract PO05457568 to Galls LLC on September 1, 2026, for the procurement of uniform and tactical apparel. The contract, valued at $256, encompasses two line items totaling four units of equipment delivered to Vanessa Anthony. The first line item consists of two units of 5.11 Tactical Men's Stryke Pants (Manufacturing Number 74369ABR-092-32-32) in Storm color, size 32x32, at a unit price of $62.30 per pair. The second line item comprises two units of Galls Men's 8" High Gloss Side Zip Boots (Manufacturing Number FT3002) in black with Clarino/High Gloss finish, size 4.5, at a unit price of $65.88 per pair.

This contract award represents a routine procurement of law enforcement tactical equipment and footwear for personnel assigned to the Virginia State Police. The minimal contract value and limited scope indicate this is a direct purchase of specific uniform components for operational use rather than a comprehensive supply or services agreement.
