POWER PLANT BOILER INSPECTIONS ENTER IN eVA FOR PYMT. OF INVOICE - TO BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD

The Commonwealth of Virginia awarded a contract to the Department of Labor and Industry through the Southwestern Virginia Mental Health Institute for power plant boiler inspections. The contract was awarded on September 1, 2026, with a total contract value of $140. The primary deliverable consists of inspection services for power plant boilers, with invoicing to be submitted through the electronic Virginia procurement system (eVA) and payment to be made via credit card. The service is to be delivered to Steve Tilson at the designated contracting organization.

This single-lot procurement represents a minimal-value contract for specialized facility maintenance services. The line item quantity of one lot at a unit price of $140 indicates a discrete inspection engagement rather than an ongoing service relationship. While the specific period of performance and detailed place of performance are not explicitly stated in the contract documentation, the award reflects Virginia's procurement activity within the state mental health infrastructure. The contract terms do not indicate annual value or cumulative contract history beyond the stated cumulative value of $140 for this award.
