The Virginia State Police awarded a contract to Versaterm Public Safety US Inc. on August 31, 2026, with a cumulative value of $13,930.16. The contract encompasses two primary software maintenance and support services. The first line item provides annual license support and maintenance renewal for IAPro Next Gen, an internal affairs and professional standards unit software platform, valued at $9,025.41. This service includes product upgrades and technical support delivery via telephone to Michael Hamer. The second line item covers annual maintenance for BlueTeam Next Gen, valued at $4,904.75, and includes provision of all software upgrades, associated materials, and technical support via phone and email to Vanessa Casale.

These software maintenance agreements represent renewal services for law enforcement administrative and accountability systems utilized by the Virginia State Police. The contract encompasses support services through calendar year 2026, with delivery allocated to specified Virginia State Police personnel. As a maintenance and support renewal contract, this award extends existing software licensing agreements rather than representing new software implementations.
