The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) awarded contract PO05456175 to ComponentSource, Inc. on August 31, 2026. The contract encompasses the procurement of two (2) EPPlus version 8.x Developer Commercial Use one-year subscription licenses, with a total cumulative contract value of $1,081.10. Each license is priced at $540.55 per unit. The deliverables are designated for delivery to VDOT Information Technology Asset Management at vdotitassetmanagement@vdot.virginia.gov.

EPPlus is a .NET library used for creating and manipulating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and the procurement of these developer licenses supports VDOT's information technology infrastructure and software development capabilities. While the contract documentation does not specify an explicit period of performance beyond the one-year subscription term embedded in the product license, the award date of August 31, 2026, serves as the contract execution date. No separate annual value or total contract amount fields were populated in the award record, with only the cumulative value of $1,081.10 documented.
