DB-11 smoke base and 4 more items

BFPE International was awarded contract PO05452268 by the Virginia Center for Behavioral Rehabilitation on August 26, 2026, with a cumulative value of $1,737.10. The contract encompasses the procurement of fire detection and alarm system components, including four OP921 units at $124.48 each, one OH921 smoke detector at $135.92, one DB-11 smoke base unit at $15.40, and one XMS-D pull station at $207.86. These items represent standard fire safety infrastructure equipment necessary for facility operations and compliance with safety regulations.

In addition to equipment procurement, the contract includes eight units of labor at $110.00 per unit (totaling $880.00), documented under Invoice #3363973, representing 3,980 hours of labor services. The combination of fire detection equipment and associated labor services suggests installation, configuration, and integration work for the fire alarm system at the Virginia Center for Behavioral Rehabilitation facility. The modest contract value and specific line items indicate this was a limited-scope procurement focused on targeted fire safety system components and related installation support.
