The Virginia Department of Transportation serves as the contracting organization for this procurement. While specific performance periods and detailed delivery schedules are not provided in the available documentation, the contract represents a straightforward purchase of laboratory consumable items. No annual value or extended contract term information is specified, indicating this appears to be a transactional purchase order rather than a multi-year agreement. The modest contract value and discrete line item structure suggest this procurement supports routine laboratory operations within the department.
