Broadcast Music Subscription for Mess Fest

The Science Museum of Virginia has awarded a contract to Envato Elements Pty Ltd for the provision of broadcast music subscription services. The contract was executed on August 25, 2026, with a cumulative value of forty-three dollars ($43). The scope of work includes a single line item for broadcast music subscription services designated for "Mess Fest," with delivery directed to Brandon Pennington. The contract contemplates one unit of the specified service at a unit price of $43.

The contract represents a minimal-value procurement by the Science Museum of Virginia, a state organization within Virginia. While specific performance period dates are not provided in the contract documentation, the award date of August 25, 2026, establishes the execution timeline. The extremely low contract value suggests this procurement may constitute either a supplemental or ancillary service agreement, or alternatively, may represent only an initial increment of a broader service arrangement. No information regarding the location of performance or contract performance period is documented in the available contract materials.
