The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) awarded contract PO05450455 to Herc Rentals Inc on August 25, 2026, for the rental and lease of vehicles and equipment. The contract encompasses four line items totaling $1,500.00 in cumulative value, all designated for delivery to Cristina E. Rodriguez. The services are priced on an hourly basis, with unit rates ranging from $100 to $575 per hour, depending on the specific equipment or vehicle classification being leased.

The contract line items reflect the procurement of equipment rental services across multiple categories, with quantities and pricing structures indicating differentiated asset classes or service levels. While specific details regarding the contract period of performance and exact equipment specifications are not provided in the award documentation, the hourly billing structure and modest cumulative value suggest this represents a short-term or limited-duration equipment rental engagement supporting VDOT operations.
