BLK STD cap cartridge C230_C235 use and 3 more items

Southwest Virginia Community College awarded a contract to Daly Computers Inc. on August 24, 2026, for the procurement of printer cartridges and supplies. The contract, identified as PO05449001, carries a cumulative value of $487 and involves the delivery of four separate line items to Andrea Laney. The supplies consist of two black standard capacity cartridges for Xerox C230/C235 printers at $89.68 each, and three single-unit standard capacity cartridges in magenta, cyan, and yellow for the same printer models, each priced at $102.86.

The contract represents a routine consumables purchase by the Virginia community college system. All items are standard Xerox printer supplies for C230/C235 series equipment, indicating replacement toner or ink cartridges for existing office infrastructure. The modest contract value and straightforward commodity nature of the supplies suggest this is a routine procurement to replenish office supplies rather than a significant capital acquisition or service engagement. No specific performance period beyond the award date of August 24, 2026, is documented in the contract record.
