Northern Virginia Community College awarded a contract to Diversified Laboratory Repair Inc. on August 21, 2026, for descaling, sanitization, and maintenance services in Virginia. The prime contractor will provide these services for ice-making equipment, specifically addressing maintenance needs for a Scotsman UN1520A1A unit and Manitowac IDT0450A units (quantities 159 and 443 respectively). The contract carries a cumulative value of $2,532.00, with deliverables directed to Elise Phan at the Northern Virginia Community College facility.

The line item specification indicates a unit price of $1.00 per each, with a total quantity of 2,532 units ordered. While the specific period of performance is not explicitly detailed in the contract documentation, the award represents a service engagement for laboratory equipment maintenance and sanitation. The contract does not specify a defined annual value separate from the cumulative contract amount, suggesting this may represent a one-time or project-specific service delivery rather than an ongoing annual engagement.
