W-13U FO 1-2-3 Hardcopy Course Manual - price includes UPS Ground Shipping and 1 more item

The Light Brigade, Inc. was awarded a contract by Laurel Ridge Community College in Virginia on August 21, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $3,494.00. The contract encompasses the delivery of educational materials and certification testing services related to fiber optics training. Specifically, the award includes 15 units of W-13U FO 1-2-3 hardcopy course manuals (priced at $160.60 per unit, including UPS Ground Shipping) and 7 units of FOI ETA testing for the Fiber Optics Installer Certificate (priced at $155.00 per unit). All deliverables are designated for delivery to Stephanie Gray.

This procurement supports Laurel Ridge Community College's fiber optics training and certification program. The contract combines instructional materials with examination services necessary for participants to obtain their Fiber Optics Installer Certificate through the FOI ETA testing protocol. The modest contract value and discrete line items suggest this represents a limited-scope procurement addressing immediate training needs for the college's workforce development initiatives.
