Postage for iowhd mailing machine reserve account and 2 more items

The Virginia Department of Health awarded contract PO05446743 to The Pitney Bowes Reserve Account on August 21, 2026, for postage services totaling $4,500.00. The contract encompasses three line items for postage reserve account funding, each valued at $1,500.00, with delivery to Sheree Marlin. The three distinct postage allocations support reserve accounts for the following health department divisions: the Iowa-based health division (IOWHD), the Fairfax County Health District (FCHD), and the Stafford County Health District (SCHD).

The contract provides funding for postage machine reserve accounts, enabling these Virginia health organizations to maintain operational postage capabilities for routine mailing operations. This arrangement with Pitney Bowes allows the Virginia Department of Health to prepay postage services across multiple regional health districts through a centralized reserve account structure, facilitating efficient mail distribution and administrative communications across the specified health department divisions.
