Trojan T875 Battery Set and 6 more items

River City Golf Carts has been awarded a contract by Rappahannock Community College in Virginia effective August 20, 2026, with a cumulative value of $2,009.02. The contract encompasses the supply and delivery of golf cart components and related services to Chris Cooper at the College. The deliverables include a Trojan T875 battery set ($1,140.00), a battery cable set ($59.00), an original equipment manufacturer water system ($285.00), six battery hold-down rods for Club Car DS electric models ($90.00 total), two rear leaf springs ($187.02 total), labor hours ($190.00), and Environmental Protection Agency fees ($10.50).

These line items indicate the contract involves the procurement of replacement parts and maintenance services for the College's golf cart fleet. The combination of battery systems, electrical components, suspension parts, and labor hours suggests either routine maintenance or repairs to existing equipment. All materials and services are designated for delivery to Chris Cooper, presumably the College's facilities or golf operations contact.
