The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) awarded a contract to GEO Jobe GIS Consulting on August 19, 2026, for the procurement of an Admin Tools for ArcGIS site license. The contract, identified as PO05444869, carries a cumulative value of $10,000.00. The primary deliverable is an annual software license for the Admin Tools for ArcGIS application, which enables administration of unlimited connectors to ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure on a single root domain name. The license includes maintenance and technical support services available through multiple channels—telephone, video chat, screen sharing, and remote machine access—along with three annual premium support tickets for priority escalation of customer issues.

The license is delivered to VDOT's IT Asset Management team at vdotitassetmanagement@vdot.virginia.gov and constitutes an annually renewable agreement. The contract structure includes both the software license unit priced at $10,000.00 and an associated sales tax line item calculated through AvaTax. As an annually renewed license arrangement, the services are ongoing with an implicit renewal structure typical of software-as-a-service agreements in the geospatial information systems sector.
