The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Department of Housing and Community Development, awarded contract PO05443630 to the Department of Human Resource Management on August 18, 2026. The contract represents a cumulative value of $1,005.00 and covers the provision of conference registration services. The primary deliverable consists of full conference registration for three attendees participating in the DHRM Human Resources Confirmation event, with registrations issued to Sheanita Carter, Courtney Jones, and Shakema Sanders. The unit price for each registration is $335.00, totaling three units of service.

Delivery of the conference registrations is designated to Renee Garnett. While specific dates of performance and the conference location are not detailed in the contract documentation, the award reflects Virginia's procurement of professional development and training services through its human resources management division. The modest contract value and singular line item structure indicate a straightforward transactional engagement focused on enabling state personnel to participate in a specialized human resources confirmation program.
