Digital advertising strategy & placement fees for 2025-26. This includes social media advertising…

George Mason University in Virginia awarded a purchase order (PO05443238) to WebME Technologies on August 18, 2026, valued at $100,000.00 for digital advertising strategy and placement services. The contract covers the 2025-26 fiscal year and encompasses paid social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and connected television (TV) advertising services. The contracting organization notes that the full contract value may not be expended, with the amount designated to provide budgetary flexibility throughout the performance period.

The scope of services explicitly includes digital advertising strategy development and media placement across social platforms and connected TV channels. George Mason University has opted out of search engine optimization (SEO) services for the 2026-27 year. Deliverables are to be directed to Mark LaFrance. While the specific geographic place of performance is not detailed in the award documentation, the contract is administered through Virginia and represents a single line item procurement for one unit of integrated advertising services.
