Contract PO05443125

Longwood University, located in Virginia, awarded contract PO05443125 to Cengage Learning Inc. on August 18, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $1,494.52. The contract deliverables are directed to Cynthia Elliott and consist of annual hosting fees for academic digital collections and archival resources. The specific services include hosting for the Eighteenth Century Collections Online (unit price $646.54), the Seventeenth and Eighteenth Century Burney Newspapers Collection (unit price $97.47), and the Times Digital Archive covering the period 1785–2014 (unit price $750.51).

These digital library services provide Longwood University with continued access to specialized historical research collections through Cengage Learning's hosting infrastructure. The contract encompasses four line items, each representing a distinct hosting service agreement for academic digital resources. The relatively modest contract value reflects the renewal or continuation of established hosting arrangements rather than a new implementation, with each service delivered as a single unit purchase.
