Save the Date notice - 5x7 - 1 version and 4 more items

Radford University, a contracting organization in Virginia, awarded contract PO05441469 to Wordsprint Inc. on August 17, 2026, with a cumulative value of $1,304.35. The contract encompasses printing and mailing services centered on event notification materials and related delivery supplies. Specific deliverables include a 5x7 save-the-date notice (one version), 406 A7 carrier envelopes with mail processing services, unaddressed A7 carrier envelope extras for contingency, shipping and handling, and postage and handling fees. All line items are designated for delivery to Hunter Gresham.

The contract represents a straightforward procurement of promotional communications materials and associated fulfillment services. Individual line items are priced at $330.76 for the save-the-date notice, $539.80 for processed carrier envelopes, $20.22 for shipping and handling, $60.68 for unaddressed envelope extras, and $352.89 for postage and handling. The modest total contract value and discrete line-item structure indicate this is a targeted, single-event communication initiative rather than an ongoing service engagement.
