New River Community College in Virginia has awarded contract PO05440914-V2 to CDS Tractor Trailer Training, effective September 1, 2026. The contract represents a blanket requisition established in support of Fiscal Year 2027 operations, with a cumulative value of $120,000.00. The primary deliverable under this contract is Commercial Driver's License (CDL) training services to be provided at New River Community College. The contract is structured as a unit-based arrangement with 120,000 units at a unit price of $1.00 each.

The contract designation as a blanket requisition indicates an ongoing framework agreement that allows New River Community College to draw down training services throughout the performance period as operational needs arise. Delivery of services is directed to Ross Matney at the institution. As a blanket procurement mechanism, this contract provides New River Community College with flexibility in scheduling and accessing CDL training resources while maintaining a defined financial commitment with the prime contractor for the specified fiscal period.
