AGA RICHMOND CHAPTER APRIL 2026 SEMINAR K. GUNN LINK TO PAY…

The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services in Virginia awarded contract PO05440671 to the AGA Association of Government Accountants on August 14, 2026. The cumulative contract value is twenty-five dollars ($25). This nominal contract value suggests the award may represent a minimal-value purchase order, subscription fee, or membership arrangement rather than a substantive service delivery engagement.

Insufficient information is provided in the available documentation to specify the particular products or services being delivered, the period of performance, the place of performance, or the geographic scope within Virginia. The materials do not contain detailed statements of work, performance metrics, or service descriptions that would typically characterize a substantive government contract. To obtain complete contract details including scope of work, performance location, and performance period, reference to the full contract documentation or the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services procurement records would be necessary.
