Field Technology Operations - Network Engineer invoice late payment for invoice AR delayed because…

Computer Aid Inc was awarded a contract by the Virginia Department of Corrections on August 7, 2026. The contract represents a cumulative value of ninety-nine dollars ($99) and pertains to Field Technology Operations services with a focus on network engineering support. The primary deliverable involves a late payment invoice adjustment for Network Engineer Robert Farnham related to delayed invoice processing.

The line item represents a one-percent late fee assessed in June 2026 for an unpaid April invoice, with a unit price of $99.60. The invoice delay resulted from receipt documentation issues and approval impediments. The service is to be delivered to Kristin Pickering at the Virginia Department of Corrections. Given the nominal contract value and the nature of the line item as a late fee adjustment rather than a primary service delivery, this award appears to constitute a administrative reconciliation transaction rather than a substantive operational services engagement.
