Toilets, portable, rental or lease toilets, portable, rental or lease

The Virginia Department of Transportation awarded contract PO05431976 to Johnny Blue Inc on August 6, 2026, for the provision of portable toilet rental or lease services. The contract encompasses 9,600 portable toilets to be delivered to Jennifer A. Dodson at a cumulative contract value of $9,600.00, representing a unit price of $1.00 per toilet. This award establishes Johnny Blue Inc as the prime contractor responsible for fulfilling the Department's portable sanitation requirements.

The contract specifications indicate a substantial quantity of portable toilet units for deployment by the Virginia Department of Transportation. While the specific period of performance and detailed location information beyond the delivery contact are not explicitly detailed in the available award documentation, the contract structure and unit pricing suggest this represents a significant procurement of temporary sanitation facilities. The relatively modest cumulative contract value relative to the quantity ordered indicates favorable unit pricing or potential implementation of this award as a blanket purchase order or requirements contract for portable toilet services across Department operations.
