Melody Moody services are rendered as participates in the VSU Special Education Leadership Academy…

Virginia State University awarded contract PO05431483 to Melody Moody on August 6, 2026, for a cumulative contract value of $735.46. The prime contractor will deliver educational services through participation in the VSU Special Education Leadership Academy (SELA) summer institute. The program, titled "Pursuing Excellence in Special Education Leadership: A Call to Action," represents a single line item with a unit price of $735.46 per enrollment.

The contract specifies delivery to the receiving department at Virginia State University in Virginia. The scope of work involves Ms. Moody's participation in the SELA summer institute, a professional development program focused on special education leadership. While the specific period of performance is not explicitly detailed in the award documentation, the reference to a summer institute indicates a condensed academic timeframe. The modest contract value and single-unit structure suggest this represents participation fees or registration costs for the summer program rather than a traditional service delivery contract.
