Radford University, a public institution in Virginia, awarded contract PO05430490 to TSRC Inc Radford on August 5, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $581. The prime contractor is obligated to supply and deliver two HVL581 Basyx Swivel-Tilt Midback Mesh Chairs with adjustable arms, upholstered in Grade Li leather with SofThread Leather finish in black, at a unit price of $290.63 each. The products are subject to an estimated two to three week delivery window and are designated as non-returnable with no cancellation provisions permitted.

The contract includes assembly and transfer services for transportation via TSR truck delivery to the specified recipient, Anna Webb, at Radford University in Virginia. No specific contract performance period beyond the noted estimated time to delivery has been identified in the award documentation. The relatively modest contract value and specific nature of the furniture acquisition indicate this represents a routine procurement for institutional office equipment.
