AV, Security, Wiring, & Electrical for CCA conference rooms, meeting rooms, and office space per…

The Virginia Cannabis Control Authority (VCCAA) awarded contract PO05428930 to TSC Management LLC on August 4, 2026, for audiovisual (AV), security, wiring, and electrical infrastructure services. The contract, valued at $167,500.00, covers installation and configuration of these systems across conference rooms, meeting rooms, and office spaces operated by the VCCAA. The work is being performed in accordance with the Productive AV Proposal and leverages the Virginia state contract vehicle VASCUPP Contract-C0002387. Materials and services are to be delivered to Elizabeth Reighard.

TSC Management LLC is responsible for the complete delivery of AV, security, wiring, and electrical solutions as a single lump-sum line item. This engagement represents a one-time procurement action with a cumulative contract value of $167,500.00. The contract documents do not specify a separate performance period beyond the award date, nor do they delineate distinct annual payment schedules, indicating this is likely a project-based engagement with a fixed deliverable scope within the VCCAA's facilities.
