Per Pricing Sheet; AOA ID - BRCC Student ID Badge and Background check

Blue Ridge Community College awarded contract PO05427271 to Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport on August 3, 2026, in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The contract pertains to the issuance of a student identification badge and background check services for Blue Ridge Community College (BRCC). The deliverable is specified per the pricing sheet and includes the generation of one student identification badge with associated background check processing. The total contract value is $40.00, with delivery designated to Miranda Wright.

The single line item under this contract award indicates a unit price of $40.00 for each student identification badge and background check package. While the contract documentation does not explicitly specify a performance period or extended delivery timeline, the award date of August 3, 2026, establishes the contract execution date. The modest contract value and discrete nature of the deliverable—a one-time issuance of identification documentation and background verification—suggest a limited-scope engagement focused on administrative credential issuance for Blue Ridge Community College students.
