Low Pressure Wash - Building Cleaning - Windows and Partial Building Cleaning and 2 more items

Tidewater Community College in Virginia awarded contract PO05427090 to 757 Painting LLC on August 3, 2026, for facility maintenance and cleaning services. The contract carries a cumulative value of $6,046.51 and encompasses three primary service deliverables to be provided to Vince Gary. The services include low-pressure washing for building cleaning with a focus on windows and partial building surfaces (11,403 units at $0.17 per unit), exterior window cleaning (553 units at $6.00 per unit), and a one-week scissor lift rental (1 unit at $790.00).

The contract represents a specialized building maintenance engagement combining pressure washing, window cleaning, and equipment rental services. With the scissor lift rental comprising the largest single line item cost, the scope of work indicates elevated or high-access cleaning requirements at the Tidewater Community College facility. The relatively modest cumulative contract value suggests this award addresses discrete, short-duration facility maintenance needs rather than ongoing comprehensive services.
