Atmos Energy has been awarded a blanket purchase order (PO05426998) by the Southwestern Virginia Mental Health Institute, a Virginia state entity, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The contract has a cumulative value of $40,000.00 and encompasses the provision of natural gas services for the institute's power plant operations during fiscal year 2027. The deliverable location is identified to the attention of Allen Hubbard.

Under this blanket purchase order structure, Atmos Energy will supply natural gas and invoice the Southwestern Virginia Mental Health Institute monthly based on actual usage at the power plant facility. The contract instrument is designed to accommodate variable monthly consumption patterns while establishing a pre-determined spending ceiling of $40,000.00 for the fiscal year period. This arrangement allows the institute to procure essential utility services on a consumption basis while maintaining budgetary controls through the established cumulative value limitation.
