The contract was awarded on August 4, 2026, with a cumulative value of $7,126.64. The deliverable is structured as a single lot with monthly invoicing for storage costs not to exceed the list price of $7,126.64, with delivery directed to Keith Morrisroe. The agreement is based on the proposal and services dated July 28, 2026.

The contract establishes Interstate International Inc. as the prime contractor responsible for receiving, storing, and maintaining the basketball floor at its facility. Monthly invoicing will be submitted based on the storage services provided, with the total contract obligation capped at the cumulative value of $7,126.64. No specific period of performance beyond the award date is detailed in the available documentation, though the monthly invoicing structure indicates an ongoing service arrangement.
