The contract encompasses the procurement and delivery of laboratory equipment and associated freight services, with a cumulative contract value of $3,097.00. The primary deliverable is one Herbarium Half-Size Specimen Cabinet with right-opening configuration in gray finish, priced at $2,687.00, to be delivered to Alaina Krakowiak. Freight services for this equipment are valued at $410.00.

The contract represents a straightforward procurement of specialized storage equipment for specimen preservation, typical of requirements maintained by state conservation and natural resource management organizations. No specific period of performance, annual renewal value, or alternate delivery locations have been specified in the available documentation. The relatively modest contract value and single-unit quantity indicate this procurement satisfies a defined operational requirement for the Department of Conservation and Recreation's specimen management capabilities.
