Northern Virginia Community College awarded contract PO05411486 to VCE-VA Correctional Enterprises-GOVCE All Orders on July 17, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $990. The contract encompasses two primary deliverables: a setup fee and the manufacture of printed apparel. The setup fee, valued at $30, is to be delivered to Campus Enterprises at Edgar Fernandez (Pender 3). The primary service component consists of 120 forest green jersey t-shirts featuring silk-screen printing in a single location, priced at $8 per unit, with delivery to the Warehouse at Edgar Fernandez (Pender 3).

VCE-VA Correctional Enterprises-GOVCE All Orders, the prime contractor, is executing this award within the Commonwealth of Virginia through Northern Virginia Community College as the contracting organization. The contract reflects a procurement of promotional or uniform apparel with associated setup costs, typical of institutional clothing requirements. The modest contract value and the involvement of a correctional enterprises entity suggests this procurement may support workforce development or institutional operations within the Virginia correctional system.
