Radford University in Virginia awarded a contract to New River Engraving Inc. on July 16, 2026, for the procurement of engraved name badges and associated shipping services. The contract, identified as PO05409798, carries a cumulative value of twenty-seven dollars and encompasses three line items: two custom 1.5" x 3" magnetic-back name badges personalized for Nicole Hankins (Event Planning Coordinator, Conference Services-Operations) and Sarah Buskill (Manager, Auxiliary Services, University Services), each priced at $9.95, and shipping services valued at $7.95.

All deliverables under this purchase order are to be delivered to Sarah Buskill at Radford University. The nature of this procurement—a low-value order for promotional or operational identification materials—indicates it represents a routine administrative purchase rather than a major service or supply contract. No specific contract period is documented in the award notice beyond the July 2026 award date.
