New EEO Investigator Training - Sigrid Hancock - Sheanita Carter

The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Department of Housing and Community Development, awarded contract PO05408156 to the Department of Human Resource Management on July 15, 2026. This contract, valued at $960, encompasses the delivery of Equal Employment Opportunity investigator training services. The training program, identified as the New EEO Investigator Training, involves two units and is designated for delivery to Renee Garnett. The instructional personnel associated with this training include Sigrid Hancock and Sheanita Carter, each unit priced at $480.

The contract represents a specialized professional development initiative focused on enhancing investigatory capabilities within Virginia's human resource management function. As a single line item procurement, this award directly supports the state's equal employment opportunity compliance and investigative operations. The modest contract value reflects the limited scope of the training engagement, which appears designed to build specific competencies among state personnel responsible for employment discrimination investigations and related compliance matters.
