The Virginia Department of Transportation awarded contract PO05403356 to Doors on Demand LLC on July 10, 2026. The contract encompasses overhead door installation, maintenance, and repair services with a cumulative value of $1,640.00. Services are to be delivered to Deborah D. Brown and include labor and materials supporting overhead door operations.

The contract line items specify 1 hour of labor at $250 per hour, 10 hours of labor at $125 per hour, and 140 units of materials or components at $1.00 each. No specific period of performance or county designation is provided in the contract documentation. The relatively modest cumulative contract value and itemized structure suggest this award represents a task order or purchase order for discrete overhead door services within the Virginia Department of Transportation's maintenance and repair operations.
