Vinyl Envelopes - 2 x 3 1⁄2" 50/CTN/QTY and 2 more items

Vivian Contracting LLC was awarded a contract by Western State Hospital in Virginia on July 9, 2026, with a cumulative value of $1,607.95. The contract encompasses the supply and delivery of office and administrative materials to Chris Lee, Quality Assurance, at the contracting organization. The deliverables include eighty boxes of vinyl envelopes (2" x 3" format, 12" depth, 50 per carton) at $14.69 per box, and two boxes of Avery Clean Edge Printable Business Cards with Sure Feed Technology (2" x 3.5" format, white, 2,000 blank cards per box) at $197.46 per box.

Shipping and handling services for the order are included in the contract at a cost of $37.83. The materials are designated for delivery to Chris Lee, Quality Assurance, at Western State Hospital. No specific contract performance period is documented in the available materials; however, the award date of July 9, 2026, establishes the contract execution date. The modest cumulative contract value and limited scope of supplies suggest this represents a straightforward office materials procurement rather than a comprehensive service or construction contract.
