Vendor delivery of dry and paper food supplies for concession- serving bags, cooking oil and 1 more item

The Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation awarded contract PO05397338 to US Foods Inc on July 3, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $1,817.38. The contract encompasses the delivery of food supplies and related items for concession operations. The first line item, valued at $411.08, involves the delivery of dry and paper food supplies, including serving bags and cooking oil, to Adam Layman. The second line item, valued at $1,406.30, covers general food delivery for concession purposes to Ethan Seaver.

US Foods Inc serves as the prime contractor responsible for fulfilling both delivery obligations under this award. While specific information regarding contract period of performance and detailed geographic locations of performance is not provided in the available documentation, the deliveries are directed to named recipients within the Department of Conservation and Recreation's operations. The relatively modest cumulative contract value and discrete line items suggest this represents a limited-scope procurement for specific concession support needs.
