Blue Ridge Community College, a contracting organization in Virginia, awarded a contract to Mansfield Oil Company on July 2, 2026, with a cumulative value of $35,950.00. The prime contractor will supply fuel products to support the college's operational and instructional vehicle fleet. The contract encompasses four distinct fuel delivery requirements: diesel fuel for the truck driving program (35,000 units), gasoline for security vehicles (400 units), gasoline for Buildings & Grounds vehicles (400 units), and gasoline for ambulances (150 units).

Deliveries will be made to two separate locations designated as Bratcher and Lauren. The contract represents a fiscal year 2027 estimate figure for fuel consumption across the college's transportation and emergency response assets. No explicit contract period of performance or annual value breakdown was specified in the award documentation; however, the cumulative contract value of $35,950.00 reflects the total estimated fuel expenditure for the identified requirements and vehicle categories.
